Custom and On-Demand Products


All products are made specifically for each order.

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind or customer errors in size, color, or design.


2. Product Errors or Defects


If the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, a refund or replacement will be accepted.

The customer must provide photos of the issue within a set period (e.g., 7 days from delivery).


3. Timeframes


Claims must be submitted within a defined period (e.g., 7–14 days after receiving the product).
